This is your first time learning how to ride your foil in the ocean. This lesson will start with pop up and paddle technique and move into staying on foil in the ocean.
Intermediate
You have the pop up and paddling down but you gotta learn how to pump. In this lesson we will go over body mechanics of learning to propel the foil forward to connect waves.
Advanced
Your connecting waves and doing some turns but let’s get into efficiency and controlling the foil in all situations.
THIS LESSON REQUIRES YOUR OWN GEAR. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN GEAR WE CAN SUPPLY A SET UP AT AN ADDITION RENTAL CHARGE!
